True to Beaverbrook's style, it seamlessly blends elegance with exceptional cuisine, a hallmark of the hotel. Diners will be seated in authentic wooden and wicker 'baskets' to recreate the ambiance of a real hot air balloon, while savouring a three-course Japanese menu.

The meal begins with a sashimi platter, followed by Yakiniku barbeque, and finishes with Baked Alaska. Prices range from £85 to £195 per person, with vegetarian and pescatarian options available. The experience is available from Wednesday to Sunday, for both lunch and dinner. The first seating's are on Wednesday, 12th June 2024.
